Luận văn đánh giá thực trạng quản lý hoạt động bồi dưỡng chuyên môn cho GV trường MN Ysơn, huyện Hạ Hòa, tỉnh Phú Thọ theo chuẩn nghề nghiệp, qua đó đề xuất 5 biện pháp quản lý hoạt động bồi dưỡng theo chuẩn nghề nghiệp. Các biện pháp do chúng tôi đề xuất mang tính mới và được đánh giá cấp thiết và khả thi, đáp ứng yêu cầu nâng cao chất lượng hoạt động bồi dưỡng chuyên môn cho GVMN trong giai đoạn hiện nay. In this paper, we estimate coseismic displacements in Vietnam caused by the 2004 Sumatra and the 2011 Tohoku earthquakes using static fault models in a layered spherical earth model. We find that the 2004 Sumatra earthquake caused southwestward movement of about 56 mm in Southern Vietnam and gradually decreasing to the north. While the 2011 Tohoku earthquake moved the area in the opposite direction, by about 0.9 mm to the east and about 0.4 mm to the north. The difference in amplitude of coseismic displacements is due to the distance from each source fault to the study area and the compact slip region of the 2011 Tohoku earthquake affected to the size of coseismic deformation area. Our results indicate that it is necessary to take into consideration of the coseismic deformation induced by the giant earthquakes on discussion of tectonic deformation in Vietnam. In this paper, a pentacene photo organic thin-film transistor (photoOTFT) was fabricated and characterized. The gate dielectric acted as a sensing layer thanks to it strongly absorbs UV light. Electrical behaviors of photoOTFT were measured under 365 nm UV illumination from the gate electrode side. The current in transistor channel was significantly enhanced by photoelectrons at interface of buffer/gate dielectric. Photosensitivity increased with the light intensity but decreased with the applied gate voltage. Meanwhile the photoresponsivity decreased with the light intensity and increased with the applied gate voltage. The transistor responses well with the pulse of light with many cycles of light-on and light-off were tested. The best photosensitivity, photoresponsivity, rising time and falling time parameters of the device were found to be about 104, 0.12 A/W, and 0.2 s, respectively. Dispersion is an important issue for clay leaching in soils. In this study, effects of various anions (Cl-, SO4 2-, acetate, oxalate and citrate) on dispersion of a kaolinitic soil clay were determined at different pH values and ionic strengths by dynamic light scattering and test tube experiments. Adsorption of anions on clay samples was characterized by the zeta potential (ζ) in a pH range of 2 to 11. At a pH range between 2 and 6, the effects of different anions on decreasing ζ were obvious and followed the order oxalate>citrate>SO4 2->Cl->acetate, while fluctuated changes in ζ were observed at pH>6. Based on a comparison of hydrodynamic radii (rh) obtained from dynamic light scattering and of transmission of 50% (T50 values) from the test tube experiments, the ability of anions to facilitate the dispersion of the clay fraction followed the sequence of oxalate>citrate>acetate>SO4 2->Cl-.
